The setting of the upper / lower personal limits can be done manually or automatically by activating the PerZoneTM function. This automatic limit adjustment calculates your upper and lower limit by age, weight and gender.
During training all important data is on display - current heart rate in percentage of maximum heart rate, time within and outside of your set limits, average heart rate as a percentage of the maximum heart rate, calorie consumption, fatburn in kg/g.
